Synopsis
During the rule of the Taliban in Afghanistan about 3 million Afghans, mostly illegal immigrants, entered Iran, causing numerous problems for the Iranian and hardly being accepted by the society. This film is the story of a 17 year old rural girl, Mahi, who falls in love with an Afghan student named Heiran, who has come to their village to work. But given the position of Afghans in Iran, Mahi’s family is strictly against her marriage. She is forced to choose between her family and her love.
